  • How do I open an account?
    It's quite an easy process. Visit this page to get the ball rolling.
  • How much time does take to open an account?
    Typically it takes upto 3 working days for your account to be activated after you've done your bit. Please wait for atleast 3 working days before expecting a welcoming email from us. If 3 working days have elapsed, please check your spam / promotions / updates / social tabs in your mail inbox you may have recived an e-mail from backoffice@pmsec..in. If you still can't find it you can check the status of your account opening, by getting in touch with us.
  • How do I login to my account? Whats the ID, Password?"
    If your account has just been opened & you're trying to login for the first time: You shall receive login details on your registered e-mail once your account is activated. Please refer to the "welcome letter" attached to the account opening notification email that you shall receive, once your account has been opened. If you have forgotten your ID / Password: For security reason, we require an e-mail from your registered E-mail ID requesting for reset requests.   • How do I add funds to my trading account?

  • How do I change the registered email address of my account?
    You would need to submit a signed copy of A/c modification form in order to request a change in your registered email address. Please download the form, print it, fill it & send it on the address mentioned on the form. Please mention your client code correctly on the form.
  • How do I change the registered mobile number of my account?
    You would need to submit a signed copy of A/c modification form in order to request a change in your registered mobile number. Please download the form, print it, fill it & send it on the address mentioned on the form. Please mention your client code correctly on the form.
  • How do I change the registered correspondence / residence address of my account?
    You would need to submit a signed copy of 1) A/c modification form 2) Address change form 3) Proof of your new correspondence / residence address in order to request a change in your registered correspondence / residence address. Please download the form, print it, fill it & send it on the address mentioned on the form. Please mention your client code correctly on the form.
