Typically it takes upto 3 working days for your account to be activated after you've done your bit. Please wait for atleast 3 working days before expecting a welcoming email from us. If 3 working days have elapsed, please check your spam / promotions / updates / social tabs in your mail inbox you may have recived an e-mail from backoffice@pmsec..in. If you still can't find it you can check the status of your account opening, by getting in touch with us.
If your account has just been opened & you're trying to login for the first time:
You shall receive login details on your registered e-mail once your account is activated. Please refer to the "welcome letter" attached to the account opening notification email that you shall receive, once your account has been opened.
If you have forgotten your ID / Password:
For security reason, we require an e-mail from your registered E-mail ID requesting for reset requests. You can call us on +91-22-62554700 & select option 2 to seek assistnace.
